A series for the people who use QVOICE Platform every day. Watch the videos in order: they take you from the welcome email to signing in to your apps.

1. First Time With QVOICE Platform

What the video covers:

  • The welcome email: when your administrator invites you, you get an email from your company with an Enter button.
  • Your Get Started site: Enter opens it, with no password needed. It greets you by name and lists every app.
  • The desktop app: download it for Windows or Mac, then come back for the magic-link login that signs you in.
  • The mobile app works the same way on your phone.
  • The web app: Login on the Web card opens it in your browser, already signed in.

2. Signing In

What the video covers:

  • The address: open qvoice.net/ucp in your browser, and bookmark it.
  • Three ways in: your QVOICE Platform password, or your Google or Microsoft work account.
  • Google and Microsoft: Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft takes you to their sign-in page; sign in there and you come straight back.
  • Your password: the Username is your email, the Account is your company's name, then Sign In.

What the video covers:

  • Links expire: the link in your welcome email works for a limited time. When it has expired, the Get Started site asks you to request a new one.
  • A new link: enter your Email and your company's name as the Account, confirm you're not a robot, and click Send. A new link arrives in your inbox.
  • Change your password: on your Get Started site, click the key icon (Change password), enter the new password twice (the meter shows when it is strong enough) and Save.
  • Then sign in to the web app with your email, the new password and your company's name.
